Beware the Sleeping Dragon, a sequel to Jayu, is a well researched fictional account of the Taiwan crisis. Follow Zhao Chia-Hao, and his relationship with Grady White from Suspected as they rise in rank to the President of the PRC and Vice President of the US and the unlikely romance between Zhao’s daughter, Kai-ming and the FBI’s Tomás Aguilar. The story culminates in a raid on the Chinese Anti-Satellite (ASAT) facilities and precarious escape in the remote Chinese Province of Xinjiang China.
